Save a WhatsApp voice note to the watched folder, share an audio file to VoiceQuote, or drag it into the app.

Review customer information, work lines, quantities, prices, questions, and the original transcript before sending.

Create in QuickBooks

After you approve the draft, VoiceQuote creates an estimate in the connected QuickBooks Online company.

Human review first

VoiceQuote does not silently post an estimate. The user reviews the draft and chooses when to send it.

Private local workspace

Settings and estimate history are stored on the Windows computer. API secrets use Windows account encryption when available.

Clear data paths

Audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription and extraction. Approved estimate data is sent to QuickBooks Online.
