These terms govern access to the VoiceQuote website and services. By using VoiceQuote, you agree to these terms.

Business tool

VoiceQuote helps create draft estimates from audio. It can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing customer details, scope, quantities, prices, taxes, messages, and all other content before using or sending an estimate.

Accounts and third-party services

You are responsible for your OpenAI and Intuit accounts, credentials, charges, permissions, and compliance with their terms. Availability of third-party services is outside our control.

Acceptable use

Do not use VoiceQuote unlawfully, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, upload content you do not have permission to process, interfere with security, probe restricted features, or use the service to distribute malware.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VoiceQuote is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Automated Reality is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for errors in estimates, lost data, third-party outages, or unauthorized account activity. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for VoiceQuote during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using VoiceQuote at any time. We may restrict access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
