Describe the problem in plain language. Do not send API keys, QuickBooks tokens, payment information, or customer audio.

Common checks

• If an audio file fails, try WAV, MP3, M4A, OGG, OPUS, AAC, AMR, MP4, or WebM under 25 MB.
• If QuickBooks is disconnected, press its status in the app for a setup guide.
• If the app closes unexpectedly, look for voicequote.log in the VoiceQuote folder under your Windows AppData folder.
