What stays on the computer

VoiceQB stores recordings, transcripts, settings, history, and local models in the Windows account. Supported recordings are transcribed locally.

Optional cloud processing

If the owner enables cloud fallback, transcript text may be sent to the selected AI provider. VoiceQB does not upload the original recording for this fallback.

QuickBooks

Approved customer and transaction details are sent over encrypted connections to the customer-controlled automation and QuickBooks Online. Passwords are not collected by VoiceQB.

Licensing

The activation service receives the access code, an installation identifier, app version, and check time. It does not receive recordings or QuickBooks content.
