End User License Agreement

Effective July 21, 2026

This agreement applies to the VoiceQuote Windows application.

License grant

Subject to this agreement and any purchase terms, Automated Reality grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VoiceQuote for your internal business operations.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, distribute unauthorized copies, bypass access controls, use the software to violate law, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

Your data and backups

You control the business content entered into VoiceQuote. You are responsible for lawful collection, accurate review, and any backups you require. Uninstalling removes local settings and estimate history. Audio left in the watched folder is not removed by the in-app uninstaller.

Updates

Updates may add, change, or remove features and may be required for security or third-party compatibility.

Third-party services

OpenAI and Intuit QuickBooks Online are separate services governed by their own agreements. Their availability and charges are not controlled by Automated Reality.

Warranty and liability

The disclaimers and limitations in the Terms of Service apply to the software.

Termination

This license ends if you materially breach the agreement. When it ends, stop using and remove the software.
